Painting in France
“Traveling to France to paint the beautiful countryside by day and Monet’s Garden’s in the evenings, was such an extraordinary opportunity. I seriously doubt these painting trips would have ever come about, had it not been for Mike Young, a visionary restaurateur in Austin, an artist in his own right, and someone I am beyond grateful to call my friend. Mike had the reputation for turning peoples lives upside down (in a good way) and changing their lives forever. I was no exception.
It was not only his idea to go to France and paint, but also his encouragement that got me to start showing and selling my work.”
